Chevrolet Impala 2010

The 2010 Chevrolet Impala lineup loses its high-performance SS model. This is the larger of Chevrolet’s two midsize sedans, and it can seat up to 6 passengers. Impala reprises LS, LT, and LTZ trims. LS and LT models have a 207-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 engine. LTZ Impalas have a 230-horsepower 3.9-liter V6. Both engines are capable of running on E85 ethanol-blended fuel. The V8-powered Impala SS has been discontinued. All Impalas retain a 4-speed automatic transmission. Available safety features include ABS, traction control, antiskid system, front-side airbags, and curtain-side airbags. Leather upholstery is standard on the LTZ and optional on the LT. Heated front seats are standard on the LTZ and unavailable otherwise. Dual-screen DVD entertainment is optional on all.
